Inflamatrix is a biomarker and genomic testing service founded by Matthew Burden, BSc DC, a qualified Chiropractor with specialised training in Nutrigenomics and Functional Nutrition, operating alongside Narberth Chiropractic Clinic.

Important: Matthew Burden is not a medical doctor. Inflamatrix is not a medical diagnostic service. Nothing on this website, in our reports, or in any consultation constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are intended for general wellness and educational purposes and do not replace consultation with your GP or another qualified medical professional.

• Root Cause Kit — an at-home finger-prick blood test measuring biomarkers including hsCRP, Cortisol, DHEAS, Vitamin D, B12, Ferritin, and HbA1c, processed by our laboratory partner, Inuvi Diagnostics (UKAS-accredited).
• Root Cause DNA — an at-home buccal swab genomic panel processed by our laboratory partner, LifeCode Gx.
• Results Discovery Call — an optional paid consultation add-on, booked and delivered separately via Jane App through Narberth Chiropractic Clinic.

Product ranges and availability may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to add, remove, or amend products without prior notice.

Our testing services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or older, or purchasing on behalf of another adult with their consent.

• Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.
• Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• Kits are typically dispatched within [2 business days] of order confirmation.
• You are responsible for following the enclosed instructions correctly when collecting your sample. We cannot guarantee results if instructions are not followed, and this may result in a failed or delayed sample requiring a repeat kit (which may incur an additional cost).
• You are responsible for posting your sample back promptly using the method specified in your kit instructions.

• Root Cause Kit results are typically available within 2–3 business days of the lab receiving your sample.
• Root Cause DNA results typically take 3–4 weeks.
• Turnaround times are estimates provided by our laboratory partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier, lab, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Results are delivered via a PDF report to the email address provided at checkout.

• Due to the personal and hygienic nature of testing kits, once a kit has been dispatched and the seal broken, it cannot be returned or refunded, in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
• If you wish to cancel an unopened, unused kit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus any postage costs already incurred.
• If your sample fails at the lab due to a lab or courier error (not due to incorrect collection), we will arrange a replacement kit at no additional cost.

• Our reports provide biomarker and genomic information for educational and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
• We are not liable for any decisions made solely on the basis of our reports without consulting an appropriate medical professional.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Testing is carried out by our accredited laboratory partners (Inuvi Diagnostics for blood biomarker testing; LifeCode Gx for genomic testing). These partners act as data processors on our behalf under our data processing agreements — see our Privacy Policy for details.

All content on this website, including the MATRIX™ Assessment framework, Baseline Inflamatrix Score (BIS), and associated branding, is the intellectual property of Inflamatrix and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
